A virtual expressive art space for healing providers looking for a safe space to connect with other practitioners while engaging in self-expression, introspection and “giving back to oneself”.

This group’s theme will be exploring intentions and what we are most passionate about, our “values”, and how this may impact our meaningful work and ourselves. Participants will be guided through steps to create a finished art piece as reminder of their intentions, to remind them of what is most important to them, along with the opportunity build community with other practitioners.

This group is designed for those looking for a safe space dedicated to connecting with others who provide healing work for others, all while exploring creative & self-expression.

Groups will need a minimum of 5 participants total in order to run and will be capped at 15 participants.

Each month will have a theme/topic for groups, along with links to suggested art materials to bring in order to explore in an expressive art based experiential together.

This is considered social/community based art expression group vs. group therapy

This group is for “healing” professionals, not limited to: mental health professionals, doctors, nurses, massage therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, chiropractors, dieticians, nutritionists, behavioral analysts, recreational therapists. A professional who’s work is relational with clients with healing as a goal.
